Shipping

Online orders are currently shipped within Belgium only. Shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and are displayed before payment.

Orders placed through the webshop are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment confirmation. If this is not feasible, we will contact you.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, delivery takes place within 30 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract. Your statutory rights remain applicable if delivery is delayed.

Larger products, such as The Chest, are subject to individual delivery arrangements agreed before purchase.

The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with Pavia until you, or a third party designated by you, physically receive the goods, subject to the statutory exceptions.

You can collect your order free of charge, by appointment, at our workshop:

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase a product online as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product. If goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item.

You can exercise this right by emailing hello@pavia.be, sending us another clear statement of withdrawal, or using the online withdrawal form on this page.

Returning a product

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 calendar days to:

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Please package it carefully to prevent transport damage.

You may examine the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will reimburse the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method, without additional fees.

Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.
